I use the 7 steps for Letting Go of Stuff® as the foundational component for the business coaching process. Each client receives a copy of the book as well as one-on-one personal coaching to overcome any personal challenge that is impacting their business and keeping it stuck.
Below are two levels of business coaching:
Level One – Six Week Business Coaching Process
- Six one-hour sessions (over six weeks)
- Tailored road map – as described above
- Copy of the book – Letting Go of Stuff®
- Copy of the CD Audio version of the book
- Monday – Friday – on going coaching and consultation on any issue that comes up with your business (during the six week process)
- Discount off the regular business coaching retainer rate – after the six week process
Level Two – Retainer (three month minimum period)
- Level One above – plus…
- Two Press releases and Two articles written and submitted online
- A customer survey – developed and executed specifically for your clients
- A tailored employee survey/assessment designed and executed
- Strategies for how to use the survey data to strengthen and grow your business
- Assessment and clarifying of ROLES within your company/organization
